Mark I. Masini
Prior to
his law career, Mark Masini owned and operated several businesses in
New York City.
In representing his clients, Mr. Masini combines his legal experience
with his practical business experience.
Mr. Masini is a graduate of St. John’s
University and Touro Law Center and is admitted to practice law in
New York and in New Jersey. In addition to his state bar admissions,
Mr. Masini is admitted to practice before the United States District
Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the
District of New Jersey.
Mr. Masini has litigated
cases in the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts as
well as in the various courts of the State of New York, including the
New York State Supreme Court, the Court of Claims, Surrogate’s
Court, New York City Civil Court and the District Courts.
Mr. Masini is a member of the New
York State Bar Association, where he serves on the Mass Disaster
Response Committee, the Nassau County Bar Association, where he is a
member of the Commercial Litigation, Matrimonial and General Practice Committees,
and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Mr. Masini is a former president
and committee chair of the Cityline (Brooklyn) Chamber of Commerce
and former chairman of the committee of Boy Scout Troop 28 of
Richmond Hill, Queens.
Mr. Masini is an instructor in the
paralegal program of Queens College and a special lecturer in the Paralegal Program at Long Island University - C.W. Post College.
